Overview

The XCMG XS223J is a 22-ton single-drum vibratory road roller from XCMG’s XS183/203/223 series of heavy-duty full-hydraulic rollers. It is engineered for high production on thick soil, gravel and rock-fill layers in highway construction, airfield works, dams, embankments and large earthwork projects.

The machine combines strong static weight, 390/270 kN centrifugal force and an efficient Deutz engine with a comfortable, low-noise operator environment.

Key Features

  • Outstanding compaction performance — developed from domestic research data and advanced international optimization design.
  • Long service life — fully integrated pressure drum and XCMG reinforced vibration bearings with special lubrication technology extend drum service life.
  • Efficient and stable power — Deutz water-cooled turbocharged engine with large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise.
  • High cooling capacity — maintenance-free cooling sieve with flexible tight seals and deflector air vents keeps the machine running stably.
  • Comfortable operation — wide sealed, damped and insulated cab with air-conditioning, radio and suspension seat; single-lever electro-hydraulic forward/reverse shuttle and colour LCD display.
  • Excellent specifications — imported engine, hydraulic components and drive axles with streamlined, wide-view design.
