Overview

The XCMG SQS500P is a new-generation telescopic truck-mounted lorry crane. It uses a seven-sided boom section profile, a reinforced single cylinder and multiple integrated cables to drive a synchronised, load-carrying five-section telescopic boom. XCMG states that its load capacity at medium and long radii exceeds that of comparable twin-cylinder products.

The hydraulic system uses twin-pump proportional confluence for compound movements, and the crane can be specified with four-position or wireless remote control.

Key Features

  • Seven-sided boom profile with a reinforced single cylinder and multiple integrated cables.
  • Synchronised five-section telescopic boom — XCMG states medium and long radius load capacity exceeds comparable twin-cylinder products.
  • Twin-pump proportional confluence hydraulics for compound movements and higher working efficiency.
  • Piston motor + secondary winch and twin slewing reducers for higher lifting capacity, slewing torque and fine control.
  • Integrated control box with a membrane-surfaced touch-key switch panel.
  • Automatic hook stowage for safer working and travel.
  • Flexible controls — standard high-position seat control on the slewing platform, with optional four-position and wireless remote control.

Applications

Lifting, hoisting and transport duties on a single vehicle.
